Welcome to the Port Talbot Roll of Honour.
This project is a work in progress. It is an attempt to identify all the people of the borough who have given their lives in defence of their country. The roll covers the boundaries of the old Borough of Port Talbot and includes all service personnel, merchant seamen and civilian casualties.

There are many memorials throughout the borough but there is no comprehensive Roll of Honour. Over 600 names have been included to date but obviously there are many still not identified.

If you have a relative or know of anyone who is not listed on the roll please e-mail with as many details as possible. If they can be positively identified they will be added.

Grateful thanks are extended to the British War Graves Commission without whose help this project would not be possible.
